Structured Training for African Researchers (STARS)

RESEARCH TRAINING PROGRAMME
The Technical University of Kenya has been selected to participate in ROUND 3 of the Association of Commonwealth Universities course on strengthening institutional approaches to the professional developmentof researchers.

ROUND 2 of TU-K staff includes the following:

  • Assistant Lecturer or Tutorial Fellow AND registered for PhD study.
  • Lecturers who obtained a Ph.D. less than 5 years ago on September 1st 2016 AND aged below 50 years.
  • Women are especially encouraged to apply.

Please send your application to the Office of the Executive Dean of Faculty on or before August 6th 2015. Applications are open to Technical University of Kenya staff. Applicants for phase one will be required to meet the following criteria.

  • Assistant Lecturer or Tutorial Fellow AND registered for PhD study (proof of registration will be required).
  • Lecturers who obtained a PhD less than 5 years ago on September 1st 2015 AND aged below 50 years.
  • Women are especially encouraged to apply.
